Jack Seitz
Jack Seitz of the PDA Shore 01/02 team was selected to the 2002 team that will travel to Germany/Austria as a part of the Olympic Development Program for Region I.

Jack has been with TRFC since 2006, and in 2015 joined the inaugural PDA Shore Boys 01/02 team.

Everyone at PDA Shore and Toms River FC wish Jack the very best of luck on his journey.
Maximus Ugarte
Maximus Ugarte of Toms River FC U11B Red Bulls was selected to the NJYS Young Olympians program for the 2016 Season.

This is the second year that Maximus was selected for the program.

Maximus has been playing with TRFC off and on since 2001.

Player Accomplishment
Claire Borrelli
Claire Borrelli previously of Toms River FC Galaxy, now PDA Shore U16G Magic, was selected to the State Player Pool for the 2014/15 Girls Olympic Development Program (ODP).

Claire will be unable to attend the final State Team/Regional Pool tryouts in April 2015 as she suffered a torn ACL in December while guest playing with the U18 PDA Shore United in the PA Classics tournament.

Claire has been with TRFC for the past 9 years.
TRFC wishes Claire a speedy recovery and continued success!
Dane Bodziak
Dane Bodziak of Toms River FC U13B Stuttgart Elite was selected to the State Player Pool for the 2014/15 Boys Olympic Development Program (ODP) and will be representing the State of New Jersey in Williamsburg, VA, this February.

Dane has been playing with TRFC for the past 3 years. Dane also plays for Toms River East Intermediate School. TRFC wishes Dane much luck and continued success!
Grady Edwards
Grady Edwards of Toms River FC U13B Stuttgart Elite was selected to the State Player Pool for the 2014/15 Boys Olympic Development Program (ODP) and will be representing the State of New Jersey in Williamsburg, VA, this February.

Grady joined TRFC this year. Grady also plays for Barnegat Intermediate School. TRFC wishes Grady much luck and continued success!

Frank Ritchie
Frank Ritchie of Toms River FC U13B Stuttgart Elite was selected to the State Player Pool for the 2014/15 Boys Olympic Development Program (ODP) and will be representing the State of New Jersey in Williamsburg, VA, this February. Frank has been playing with TRFC since he was 10 years old. Frank also plays for Southern Regional Middle School. TRFC wishes Frank much luck and continued success!

Shea Holland
Shea Holland of the Toms River FC Everton has been selected to the final 25 players on the 2014 NJ State U15G ODP Team and as a member of the Regional Player Pool.

This is the 4th year Shea has been selected to the State ODP team.

Riley Defeis
Riley Defeis of Toms River FC U12B Stuttgart Elite has been selected to participate in US Club Soccer’s id2 Program Training Camp scheduled for April 3-6, 2014 in Raleigh, NC at the WRAL Soccer Complex.

US Club Soccer’s id2 National Identification and Development Program provides an opportunity for the country’s top youth soccer players to be identified and developed in an elite training camp setting, while also being scouted for possible inclusion in U.S. Soccer’s National Team programs.

Riley is the first Toms River FC player to be selected to participate in the id2 program. Congratulations Riley!
Danny Lindov
Danny Lindov of Toms River FC U9B Red Bulls is the NJ State Elks 2014 U10 Soccer Shoot Champion. This is a competition that was run at each Elks Lodge throughout the state.

Danny won his age group, and received the best score out of any age group throughout the state. Now that Danny has won the state championship, he will be escorted by TR Elks Lodge #1875 Youth Activity Co-Chairs Kathy Demey and Patty Lightbody Gillich to Frederick, MD to compete against six other state for the Mid-Atlantic Regional championship on March 7th -9th.

Danny has now participated in the Elk’s 2014 U10 regional Mid-Atlantic Skills Competition Championships in Frederick, Maryland and taken 1st place in the U10 age group, and he had the 2nd overall highest score in the competition

Player Accomplishment
Amanda Carolan, Lindsey Mahnken
Amanda Carolan of the U17 United and Lindsey Mahnken of the U18 Fusion were selected by the Asbury Park Press for the All-Shore Girls Soccer Team.  

Amanda is a junior at Central Regional and was picked as the team MVP this season. She holds the school record for most goals in a season (36) and has given Georgetown University a verbal commitment to play soccer.

Lindsey is a senior at Central Regional and she was picked as the team’s defensive player of the year. For her career, she has 22 shutouts and made over 300 saves. She will play soccer at Stevens Institute of Technology.

    Claire Borrelli
    Claire Borrelli of Toms River FC U15G Galaxy has been selected to the 2013-2014 Olympic Development Program (ODP) Player Pool.

    Claire has been playing with TRFC since 2005. Claire also plays for Toms River High School East, and has played for the Sky Blue FC/Jersey Blues FC Summer Select teams for the past three years.

    Player Accomplishment
    Rachel Colt
    Rachel Colt of the TRFC U15G Force has been selected to the 2012-2013 Olympic Development Program (ODP).
    Rachel joined the TRFC U13G Fusion Elite last year, and this year has moved on to the U15G Force.

    Previously having played as a goalkeeper for NJSA, Rachel currently plays forward and midfield, but was selected for ODP as a keeper.

     Rachel is Captain of the Goetz Middle School team in Jackson.

    Rachel's coaches, trainers and teamates are very proud of her and wish her continued success.
